1. Order Processing Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

🚚 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future.

  • P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • Restricted areas as per carrier policies

4. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at info@zohagrowth.com.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, Zoha Growth LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier.
  • If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:
βœ… Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zohagrowth.com.
βœ… Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product(s) for verification.
βœ… We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refunds & Returns Policy.


7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

🚨 It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the following applies:

  • The customer must cover reshipping costs for the package to be sent again.
  • If the customer prefers a refund instead, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost.

8. Changes & Cancellations
  • Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, modifications can only be made within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours at info@zohagrowth.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
