We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
✔ The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.
✔ The product must be unused and undamaged (for hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned).
✔ You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items:

❌ Used or opened beauty products (for hygiene and safety reasons).
❌ Sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
❌ Gift cards and promotional items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@zohagrowth.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  2. Wait for Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: You will need to send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
3. Exchanges

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

✔ Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
